SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship
We currently ship to UK addresses only.  International shipping is coming soon - if you're outside the UK and desperate to get your hands on a DayPod®, drop us a line at info@coolfactor.uk and we'll see what we can do.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Times
UK orders are sent via Tracked 48 hour delivery. Most orders arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Shipping Costs
Free UK delivery on all DayPod® orders. No minimum spend, no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our Track Order page.
